Firecracker Shrimp Salad

Well, first I have to thank Claudia from What’s Cookin’ Italian Style Cuisine. Yesterday, she posted hands-down one of the best recipes I have found to date. I’m not kidding either. Her posted Italian Fried Shrimp Turned Firecracker Shrimp Recipe was simply amazing. I thought from the simple ingredients and easy to follow instructions that I would have to try this dish out. I am glad I did. Her batter on the shrimp was utter perfection. The only thing I changed was mixing it all in a bowl versus a bag. I also added my buffalo wing sauce to these. I promise you that if you follow her recipe you will not be disappointed at all. Here is my version that I made into a salad.
