Tastemaker Texas Beef Council Post #1 Philly Cheesesteak Nachos

Well, hello, everyone! I know it’s been some time since my last post; however, I am getting back in the swing of things. What caused me pop to back in and post more? Foodbuzz, of course! They selected me to do 4 tastemaker posts along side the Texas Beef Council. I though this presented a wonderful opportunity and was fitting due to my recipes being mainly, well,  meat. Texas Beef Council provided a stipend of $250 to create these 4 unique recipes and I hope you enjoy this one. Texas Beef Council also provided a nutritional sheet I thought I would pass onto you with the list of 29 Cuts of beef we could use for this project.

These Philly Cheesesteak nachos were wonderful and full of flavor. It combined some of my favorite foods into a dish that would be great for a party of a dinner meal the whole family can enjoy.  Jump in and enjoy the fun and post back to let me know you tried this or if you made any changes to improve this.

My Philly Cheese Steak Style Quesadilla went over so well that I thought why not try it with nachos. Man, they were great, and we completely devoured them. We grilled them indoors on our stove-top griddle. Click Here for a printable version.
